Terms of Service

1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter – the “Terms”) govern the use of services offered by SIA "Finanses un Es", registration No. 40203652784, legal address: Pētersalas iela 2-18, Rīga, LV-1045 (hereinafter – the “Service Provider”), on the website www.financesandme.com
1.2. By visiting, using the services, or purchasing products on the website, the User agrees to these Terms.
1.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website.

2. Description of Services

2.1. The website offers digital financial education products, such as e-books, worksheets, webinars, courses, and consultations.
2.2. All products are delivered electronically to the email address provided or made accessible via a download link.

3. Purchase and Payment

3.1. The User may purchase products by adding them to the shopping cart, filling in the order form, and making a payment.
3.2. Payments are made in euros via the makecommerce.lv payment platform provided by Maksekeskus AS. Available payment methods include:

  • Internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, etc.)
  • Visa/Mastercard payment card

3.3. The agreement between the User and the Service Provider enters into force once the payment has been successfully received.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All digital products are the intellectual property of SIA "Finanses un Es". It is prohibited to modify, sell, reproduce, or distribute them without written consent.

5. Liability

5.1. The Service Provider is not liable for any losses resulting from the User’s own fault or technical disruptions beyond the Service Provider’s control.

6. Personal Data Processing

6.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Disputes between the Service Provider and the User shall be resolved through negotiation. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
